Shipping policy
At Rig Shop, we aim to make shipping as simple as possible for customers across Australia. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders while ensuring every product—whether purchased individually or as part of a complete turn-key system—is packaged securely and dispatched promptly.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available Australia-wide on all turn-key system purchases and orders over $99, up to a maximum shipping value of $500 per order.
Orders exceeding this amount, or those being delivered to remote or high-cost locations, may incur a partial freight surcharge. If applicable, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Rig Shop currently ships within Australia only.
Weekly Build Cycle
Turn-key and custom systems are assembled through our rolling weekly build cycle. This allows us to professionally assemble, configure, label and test each system, coordinate stock and logistics with our supply partners, and dispatch orders as soon as preparation is complete.
Most systems are dispatched within 14 business days of entering the build cycle. Tracking details are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Order Fulfilment & Dispatch
Depending on your order, products may be shipped directly from our authorised retail partners or dispatched from Rig Shop following professional assembly, configuration and testing.
We always select the most efficient and secure delivery method based on your order and delivery location.
Turn-Key Systems
Every Rig Shop turn-key system is built using brand-new components.
Where required, products may be removed from their packaging for professional assembly, rack installation, wiring, configuration and quality testing prior to dispatch.
During this process, components may be powered on briefly to verify compatibility, firmware alignment, signal flow and overall system operation. All products remain classified as new and include the applicable manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law protections.
While the core system—including mixer racks, routing and configuration—is professionally assembled and tested by Rig Shop, some larger items such as speakers, stands or bulky hardware may be shipped directly from authorised suppliers due to freight and handling requirements. These products are supplied brand new, covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and selected to integrate seamlessly with your system.
If you would prefer original packaging to remain sealed or be included with your order, please let us know at the time of purchase and we'll accommodate your request where reasonably practical.
Individual Products
Individual products are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
Depending on the product, orders may ship directly from our authorised retail partners to provide the fastest possible delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier performance. Regional and remote areas may experience longer transit times.
We'll keep you informed throughout the dispatch process, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Urgent Orders
If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before—or immediately after—placing your order. We'll do our best to prioritise your order or arrange express shipping where available.
